Whether used for stills photography or filmmaking, a camera offers the user a unique opportunity to tell a story. Here at Wex Photo Video, we recognise the value of those stories and believe they all deserve to be heard, as they provide an insight into the spectrum of human experiences lived across a nation of creative people.

Henry J Kamara is a British born, Sierra Leonean visual artist with a unique eye for detail. Driven by his passion to help position the world through alternative lenses, and provide people with a means by which to deconstruct stereotypes, Henry is inspired by uncovering new truths.
This course is supported by Canon. Henry will be on-hand during the session to answer any questions you may have.
This course will cover:
- Safe protest photography and photo journalism; how involved to get, and when to take a step back.
- Understanding the cause; showcasing the cause in an appropriate manner.
- Planning, location and setup.
- Photographing; what you are looking for in your images.
- Tips and Q&A.
