Join us for an immersive photo walk led by renowned wildlife photographer, Tesni Ward. Tesni will guide you through Richmond Park, one of the best locations in the UK to witness the spectacular deer rut. This event focuses on capturing the dynamic and dramatic moments of the rutting season, where stags compete for dominance.

What to expect on the day: 

The two-hour session will begin with a 20-minute introduction at the park entrance, where Tesni will share her insights and tips on wildlife photography. Following this, participants will embark on an 80-minute photo walk through Richmond Park, focusing on the deer rut. The event will conclude with a 20-minute debrief, providing a chance to review and discuss the photos taken during the walk.

What you need to bring:

  • Camera and lenses (telephoto lenses recommended)
  • An SD memory card to store your images
  • Weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear
  • Water to stay hydrated
