Photography can be a way to own the moment you are in, and to find purpose in those daily walks. Using a camera becomes the distraction, and can help focus your mind.
In this free online masterclass, pro photographer Paul Sanders will discuss techniques to help you look at photography as a tool to help improve mental health. He’ll cover what gear he uses for his shots, where he shoots and how he creates his work.
Paul will be on hand to answer questions throughout the session.
