What you will learn at this event.

Join professional wildlife photographer Tom Mason for a morning workshop looking to focus on your wildlife photography. In this session Tom will help you develop your shooting ideas for the coming year, review your work and assess ways you can improve. Sharing examples from his own work, Tom will help you explore the process of advancing your own wildlife photography, developing a project, whilst looking at the skills of capturing wildlife images in unique ways to help inspire you to shoot things differently.

What you will learn:

  • Basics of wildlife photography - make the best of your own kit.
  • How to find the right frame in an unpredictable setting.
  • Creative ways to use simple lighting techniques.
  • Tips for managing your workflow and gear.

*Please bring your own camera and memory cards for the workshop. You may also bring in your previous work to discuss if time permits.

About Tom Mason:

Tom Mason is a wildlife photographer and Nikon Ambassador from the UK. Originally from Hertfordshire and now based in Cornwall he has worked as pro for more than decade, photographing wildlife around the world for clients and publications. Tom's work focuses on showcasing unique views of wildlife, often utilising remote cameras for environmental images. As a photographer Tom is a well known lecturer and teacher who has spoken at many high profile events and shows as well as presenting online workshops.
