Our in-store roadshow brings together leading camera brands and accessory manufacturers, including Canon, Fujifilm, Panasonic, DJI, Hasselblad, Insta 360, Epson, Videndum, OM System, DJI, Peak Design and more, giving you the chance to explore the latest cameras, lenses, accessories and imaging technology all in one place. *Please note some brands will only be attending on the second day.

Throughout the two days, you’ll be able to meet brand experts, get personalised buying advice, ask technical questions and discover practical shooting tips to help you get more from your kit. There will also be live demonstrations on the shopfloor, showcasing the latest gear and giving you the chance to see key products in action.

Join Glyn Dewis on the shopfloor, throughout the day for No Studio, No Problem: Classic Portraits with Minimal Kit, a practical session showing how to create timeless, professional-looking portraits without a studio, expensive lighting or a van full of gear.

Glyn will demonstrate how he builds his signature classic portraits using minimal kit in a limited space, from choosing the right equipment and setting up the light, through to working with a subject in front of the camera.

Alongside the hands-on experience, we’ll also be hosting a programme of guest speaker seminars and brand talks from professional photographers, filmmakers and industry specialists. These sessions are designed to inspire, educate and help you take your photography or filmmaking further.

Whether you’re looking to upgrade your kit, try something new, learn from the experts or simply enjoy a day surrounded by photography, this is the perfect opportunity to visit your local Wex store.

Exclusive offers will be available on the day for attending customers. Not to be missed!

• 14:00 - 15:00 Daniel Murray | Sponsored by Wex

Street photography made practical: Daniel Murray shares mindset, settings and composition tips for stronger shots on the street.

Street photography looks simple; point, shoot, walk away with a great shot. It isn't. In this seminar, Daniel Murray, Sony Youth Photographer of the Year 2024, breaks down what actually separates a snapshot from a strong street photograph: the mindset of hunting versus fishing for a moment, the camera settings he relies on to never miss a shot, and the compositional habits that turn a chaotic street into a clean frame. Expect practical takeaways you can use the next time you're out with your camera, whatever you shoot.

• 15:00 - 16:00 Carol Hartfree | Sponsored by Fujifilm

Getting creative with Fujifilm: Long Exposures, Intentional Camera Movement and In-Camera Multiple Exposures.

Join Fujifilm’s Carol Hartfree for a creative and practical session exploring how to use your camera to create more expressive images in-camera.

This seminar will look at three creative techniques: long exposures, intentional camera movement and in-camera multiple exposures. Carol will explain how each approach can be used to add mood, movement, atmosphere and a more artistic feel to your photography, whether you’re shooting landscapes, city scenes, details or everyday subjects.

The session will cover practical camera settings, creative thinking and how Fujifilm cameras can help you experiment directly in the moment. You’ll learn how slowing down, moving the camera with purpose, or layering images in-camera can open up new ways of seeing and creating.
