Designed to empower content creators through educational, hands-on workflow sessions.

In this 2.5-hour deep-dive workshop, SmallRig will focus on a lighting-centric educational workflow, with special emphasis on the new RF 20C compact full-color LED light, RGB lighting setups, and the brand-new Tribex Monopod. Renowned creator Rohit Gupta will demonstrate how to leverage SmallRig's lighting ecosystem, from compact LEDs to full RGB fixtures.

This is a practical, hands-on workshop exploring creative lighting, camera support and efficient shooting workflows for photo and video creators.

Led by Rohit, you’ll learn how to use compact LED and RGB lighting to shape a scene, create atmosphere and overcome common challenges such as flat light, harsh shadows and limited shooting space.

The session will cover creative colour techniques, projected lighting patterns, light positioning and ways to build more depth and impact into your images and footage.

You’ll also explore monopod techniques for achieving greater stability while maintaining the freedom to move and react quickly.

Throughout the workshop, Rohit will build a complete scene from setup to final capture before giving you the opportunity to put the techniques into practice yourself.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll have a simple, repeatable workflow covering lighting setup, positioning, camera support and final capture that you can apply to your own projects.

We recommend bringing your camera so you can take part in the practical exercises and experiment with the techniques demonstrated, and an SD card.
