Day 1 – Capture

We'll head into the beautiful landscapes of Savernake Forest and surrounding areas, focusing on:

• Landscape composition and storytelling.
• Panoramic photography techniques.
• Exposure control and dynamic range.
• Working with changing light conditions.
• Wex Photo Video Workshop exclusive camera and lens offers. 

Bring your own equipment or loan from Canon on the day, with Canon’s experts with you it’s the best time to try something new or ask about your existing gear. Throughout the session, Jack will provide practical guidance, demonstrations, and support to help you create a strong portfolio of images ready for editing and printing for day 2.

Group Dinner

Relax with Jack and the team at the Marlborough Country Inn, dinner will consist of a 2 course set menu with 2 drinks.

Day 2 – Edit & Print

Using the images you captured on Day 1, we'll move to the Fotospeed office to explore:

• Image selection and workflow.
• Editing techniques for landscape photography.
• Preparing files for print.
• Colour management fundamentals.
• Layout, sizing & colour controls using Canon’s Professional Print & Layout software.
• Fine art printing with Canon printers.
• Paper selection & ICC profiles using the Fotospeed range.
• Wex Photo Video Workshop exclusive camera and lens offers. 

Participants will leave with a deeper understanding of the complete image-making process and a selection of professionally printed photographs to take home.
