Join Wex Photo Video Norwich & OM System at The Bug Parc in Norfolk for a special private day, with the park closed exclusively for our lucky group of only 25 people! This unique access means you can explore freely and get hands-on with some of the most fascinating creatures, without the usual crowds.

This is a standout event for anyone interested in insect and macro photography. You’ll have the chance to immerse yourself in the insect world while using macro lenses, flashes, and diffusers to capture images like never before. If you don’t have your own equipment, everything you need will be available on the day.

We’ll begin with a talk from Product Engagement Specialist Richard Ryder-Campbell, alongside a guest ambassador, sharing tips on how to get the most out of your camera and lenses for macro photography. Afterward, you’ll be split into smaller groups and rotate through setups featuring remarkable insects displayed in carefully designed dioramas, allowing you to photograph them in naturalistic environments.

Lunch will be provided (though you’re welcome to bring your own), after which you’ll continue the experience by exploring the butterfly house and ant farm, along with further opportunities to capture more incredible subjects.

You don’t need to own OM SYSTEM equipment to attend, but you will need to use either your own OM gear or the equipment provided, as the day will focus on key features designed to enhance your macro photography with OM SYSTEM cameras and lenses. Please remember to bring your own memory card—ideally a high-speed one—as these will not be supplied.

Please note that this is an up-close experience involving insects, amphibians, spiders, and more. If you have any concerns or phobias, let us know on the day. Anyone found to be putting the animals or exhibits at risk will be asked to leave.
