Wex Workshop: Blue Hour Long Exposures Cityscapes for Beginners with Matt Parry
Saturday 20th October, 3pm - 8pm
Join us in in London for a talk and workshop focusing on long exposure, blue hour cityscape photography. This event is perfect for anyone who wants to maximise their photographic opportunities on short city breaks both home and away.
We start in our London store where travel photographer Matt Parry will talk you through his approach to photographing cities - this will cover planning and tips to maximise your time on location. He will then walk you through a step by step approach to making long exposures during blue hour when the city lights come on.
You will get the chance to put the technique into practice and capture your own stunning cityscapes as we take you to photograph some of London's most iconic sites.

This event is aimed at people who have never tried the long exposure technique before, however, anyone with an interest in travel or cityscape photography should enjoy the event. Regardless of ability, you will meet likeminded photographers as we shoot the London skyline.
Don't worry if you don't have the latest or most expensive kit. Any camera with manual and bulb mode will give great results and change the way you photograph cities. The session will include a talk (approx 2 hours) and practical outdoor session (approx. 2 hours) so please be sure to wear clothing and footwear appropriate for outdoor evening photography.
