Another event in our popular Back-to-Basics series aimed at building on the basics in a more practical manner; helping you develop your photographic style.

Take your photography to the next level as we show you how to adapt your settings to your surroundings. Join us on this informal and fun photo walk around Norwich where street photographer Tunde Valiszka will help you get the best out of your camera.

This photo walk will include:

  • How to turn a boring urban view into an extraordinary image
  • How to get the best exposure in less than ideal light
  • How to work best with what's available at the present moment
  • How to work with the available light
  • How to personalise your image taking skills and how to be in touch with your own creativity
  • Understanding how you look at things and how to express and communicate through images, how to be distinctive within photography

Tunde Valiszka

Tunde inherited her photography skills from her mum who was a photographer in Hungary in the '70s and '80s. However, she didn't go in this direction for a long time. Tunde studied all types of arts such as writing, art history, painting, graphic design and music, but photography was her passion. As a self-taught photographer, she started to take the subject seriously about 4 years ago when she decided this is the only form of art that really works for her. 

 

Tunde specialises in travel and street photography, featured at Skyscanner, Visitlondon.com and several street art photography online publications. She believes that capturing the vibe is the most important component of photography. As she always says: photograph what you feel, not what you see
