Note: these free sessions are for photographers based in the UK only. Those who have purchased grey-import items are not eligible for this advice. 

These sessions are suitable for photographers of all backgrounds and skill levels - whether you're just starting out and choosing your first system, or you're an established pro looking looking for technical assistance with an advance setting or technique.

You'll have up to 45 minutes to benefit from Richard Morris's technical knowhow. As an experienced photographer and long-standing product specialist at Canon, Richard can help you get the best out of your gear, give you tips on how to hone your technique, and offer advice on the latest Canon releases and developments.

To ensure you make the most of your one-to-one, tell us what you'd like to learn at registration and Richard will arrange your session accordingly. Please also note that we will need to pass on your details to Richard so he can contact you via phone, Skype, FaceTime or Zoom. Your details will not be used for any other purpose and will be deleted once the session has finished.

Richard Morris has been a technical product specialist at Canon since 2013, during which time he has been based at photo stores and events across the country. His time spent dealing directly with customers and training in-store staff means he is well-placed to deal with any technical question you may have.
