Saturday 15th February, 11:00am – 4:00pm (drop in sessions)
Join Wex Photo Video and Canon for a unique shooting experience, exploring getting creative at this stunning portrait event. With three set ups, plenty of full frame cameras and lenses to borrow and a variety of beautiful props to shoot, you won’t be disappointed. Canon representatives will be on hand to help you get to grips with all the latest gear.
This is a drop-in session to explore different areas of photography. We also hold full day courses if you would like to explore these topics further.
Say I do – Award winning professional photographer Sanjay Jogia will be on-hand to help photograph our stunning bride and groom in a candle-lit altar, offering his expertise in flash and wedding photography. Our models will be in full wedding attire in their dreamy valentines set up, giving you the opportunity to capture some incredible detail in the wedding gown; the crucial wedding portfolio shots of the couple; and some beautiful candle-lit photographs of venue.
It really is a fairy-tale – Portrait PhotographerAlexandra Cameron will be on-hand to help you capture creative images of our stunning pro-model, dressed in a beautiful gown surrounded by foliage. Alex will show you how to create a simple yet creative setup that oozes elegance and gives you that fairy-tale feeling. Using natural and continuous, you will be able to recreate this set up at home.
Floating on air – Using this incredible rustic building as a backdrop, you will have the chance to play around with movement and test the speed of the latest Canon gear. With a trained ballerina on hand, you can grab those stunning shots as they dance and pirouette for the camera. Almost floating as they move, it is hard not to snap something stunning.
