Multi award-winning Photographer Nic Bezzina presents an introduction, through the photo editing and workflow of Capture One.

Nic will teach you how to navigate the interface and using the powerful editing tools Capture One has to offer. From organizing your work, colour grading, layer editing, it has it all.

 This workshop will cover:

  • Customising the workspace
  • Catalogue view and organising your work
  • Session view and tethered shooting
  • Style pre-sets
  • Colour and skin tone editing
  • File output processing

 

This course is for those wanting to edit their images to a professional standard and learn how to use an industry-standard tool used among most professional photographers.

  • Introduction to the interface

 11:30am – 12:30am:

  • Basic RAW editing tools
  • Built-in and custom style pre-sets
  • Optimizing images for export

 12:30am – 1:00pm

The expert:

Nic Bezzina is a documentary photographer working on commercial projects. He is driven by long-term projects and seeks that crossover between photojournalism and art.

 

Nic has won multiple awards including the PDN Music Moment and Monster Children photography competition, Moran Contemporary Photography Prize, International Photography Awards, and the HeadOn Portrait Prize. He has exhibitions of his work at the State Library of NSW, Sydney Town Hall, and Gaffa gallery.
